Absolutelygorgeous! was set up by a shoe-a-holic after finding that most of her shoes are killing her feet. So, she is trying to help others who are facing the same problem.
Our mission was to create a range of modern, unique, absolutely gorgeous and fun bridal shoes and also customer could request for the perfect size, colour and the height with absolutely comfort but still at an affordable price.
Absolutelygorgeous! provided ‘made to measure’ for no extra charge. All the shoes collections are designed by our shoes designers and handmade by our shoes makers with over 20 years of experience. Handmade shoes may seem expensive at first, particularly when compared to average cost of shop-bought shoes. The real difference comes in the level of comfort we can give you.
1. How is a pair of absolutelygorgeous! shoes made?
Our shoes are handmade with each pair individually crafted by our shoemakers. This method allows us to fulfill each order as per client requested – from heel height to colour to size.
2. What type of swatches do you offer?
Absolutelygorgeous! offer more than 30 different colours silk satins, 4 different glitters and 5 leather colours.
3. How do I place an order?
Just follow the four simple steps to place an order:
- Choose any shoes from our collections.
- Select your size.
- Select your color/fabric for your shoe.
- Complete your order by paying for your purchase or pre-order via Cimb Bank or RHB Bank.
4. Can I make an appointment just to try on shoes before I proceed to order?
Yes, you can make an appointment with us. So that easy for you to try on them and decide the size, colour and height.
5. How about the payment?
We offer an installment which is you have to pay RM100 for pre-order. Then the balance of it must be settle a week before the postage process.
6. How long will it take from placing my order to receive my shoes?
If the shoe is in stock, you will get it by 3 working days after you have done the payment. If not, you need to do a pre-order which is our turn over time is between 30 to 40 days from your pre-order payment. As we cannot refund orders once ordered, we request your shoes in plenty of time for delivery.
7. What kind of delivery service do you offer?
We offer Pos Laju, Cash On Delivery, and Hand On Delivery. C.O.D & H.O.D only at KLCC, Ampang Park, Kelana Jaya and Sunway Pyramid.
8. Postage fee
Absolutelygorgeous! will not be responsible for postage fee. Any postage fee incurred are entirely at the customers cost.
9. Where do you ship?
We are base in Malaysia and currently do online business within Malaysia and going to make it global soon.
10. Can I combine postage for more than one item?
Absolutely, we are happy to combine and hold back postage until all orders are ready.
11. How do I gauge my size?
All our shoes are made to the same size as standard Asia size guide. If you are unsure as to your size and wish to ensure a perfect fit for your shoe, please refer to here and email us the details.
12. What happen if I am not pleased with my purchase?
You must report any issues with your shoes within 7 days of received to absolutelygorgeousbyamy@gmail.com. Any exchange, and fault requests reported after 7 days will be entirely at our discretion.
13. Refunds?
We do not offer refunds.
14. Exchange
We accept exchange on the grounds of
- Your goods are faulty
- Your goods are not as ordered
15. Faults
The definition of faulty will be defined by Absolutelygorgeous!. We will categorize faults as follow;
- Minor faults
- Major faults
Minor faults which can be resolved are to be returned to Absolutelygorgeous! within 7 days of reporting the fault. We will endeavour to resolve the fault for you within a reasonable timeframe.
Major faults which require the shoe to be re-made may take up to our standard delivery timescales.
16. Photo evidence
Absolutelygorgeous! is an online company. Therefore we reserve the reasonable right to request photo details of any reported faults prior to agreeing an exchange.
17. Do not fit
Although most of our shoes fit perfectly first time, everyone is different and their shoes may not fit. We request that customers who are unsure of their shoe size contact us prior to ordering. We also provide a shoe size measurement guide in order to help you determine best fit.
18. Right to cancellation
There’s no cancellation once the order has been made.
19. Libel & Defamation
We take libel very serious and we reserve the right to take legal action against any customer found posting defamatory comments on any public website, forum, blog or other online media site. Any request to remove such comments must be actioned within 2 hours of our request. Any queries please email us.
20. What can I do if the colour I am after is not available from your selection?
We aim to personalize your shoe shopping experience and in the event that the desired colour is not currently supplied, we are happy to look at the possibility of sourcing it. However, this may take time and in some cases a close match may be the best we can do.
